Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) are a legally binding contract between you (“User” or “Customer”) and XDRhub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our dashboards, automation tools, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement and provide explicit consent for data processing as outlined below.

1. Consent to Data Collection & Processing

By registering for and using the Service, you consent to XDRhub collecting, storing, processing, and using personal and professional data provided by you or generated through your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Data entered into dashboards

• User activity logs

• Automation interaction data

• Communication history via integrated tools

XDRhub may also create and manage:

• Email inboxes

• Email domains

• LinkedIn automation activities

• Call logs through dialers

• Other outbound communication tools

Consent is required from both the Customer (account owner) and all associated Users. By using the Service, all parties confirm understanding and agreement to the use of such tools, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.

2. Use of Third-Party Tools & Automations

To deliver and enhance our Service, XDRhub uses select third-party tools, including but not limited to:

• LinkedIn automation platforms

• Call automation/dialer systems

• Email automation services (including inbox/domain provisioning)

• Calendar & CRM integrations

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These tools are essential components of the Service.

• XDRhub may generate and control email inboxes and domains to facilitate outbound engagement on your behalf.

• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google) through which your automations are executed.

• Misuse of tools or violations of external platform policies may result in immediate suspension or termination.

3. Eligibility & Professional Use

• You must be at least 18 years old and acting in a professional or business capacity.

• The Service is designed strictly for business use; consumer laws do not apply.

• You are responsible for securing access credentials (e.g., email, LinkedIn) used within the Service.

4. License & Acceptable Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, reverse-engineer, or modify the Service or its components

• Share access outside your authorized team or organization

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or platform terms

5. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note:

• No refunds are issued for previous billing cycles.

• XDRhub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

• Sections related to intellectual property, data handling, and liability will survive termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All tools, dashboards, automations, content, and backend systems developed or licensed by XDRhub are protected intellectual property. No portion of the Service may be copied, distributed, repurposed, or modified without prior written authorization.

7. Data Privacy & Protection

We are committed to data protection and responsible data use. XDRhub:

• Operates in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws

• Processes only the data necessary to perform and optimize the Service

• Offers Users and Customers the right to access, export, or delete their data upon request

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
